Litigation Support
Our team provides on-demand litigation operations support for attorneys and law firms, built for deadlines, organization, and clean execution. This tier is for process and production work, not substantive legal analysis or argument development.
Typical work under Litigation Support includes:
Discovery support: drafting and assembling ROGs/RFPs/RFAs from attorney-provided direction/templates; tracking responses; deficiency charts; and supporting meet-and-confer efforts (non-substantive)
Exhibits and organization: exhibit labeling, indexing, and assembly; deposition/hearing exhibit lists; document summaries and organization for attorney review
Case management materials: timelines/chronologies, issue charts, witness/exhibit matrices, document inventories
Filing-readiness tasks: formatting to your firm/court preferences, cite-checking to provided sources, proofreading, PDF preparation, bookmarking, and packaging materials for filing/service
Hearing/deposition logistics: preparation checklists, folders, and supporting packets based on counsel’s direction
Hourly billing + estimates: Work is billed hourly. For each assignment, we provide an initial estimate based on the instructions, deadline, and materials provided. The final invoice reflects actual time and complexity. If scope changes or new issues arise that are likely to move the estimate, we flag it promptly so counsel can decide how to proceed.
Turnaround: Standard turnaround is set at intake. Rush (≤ 3 business days) and Super Rush (next business day / ≤ 24 hours) are available subject to availability.
Services are provided to attorneys and law firms only, performed at counsel’s direction, and subject to availability and applicable law.
