When service is stalled or the correct party/entity is unclear, our team provides fast, attorney-directed locate support built for litigation. Using lawful methods and authorized/public sources, we identify the strongest available leads for current address/contact information and entity connections (e.g., registered agent, officers/owners, DBA trail). We also offer public-record title/ownership research when relevant to help identify record owners, common mailing addresses, and transfer references for early case assessment and service strategy.
Typical deliverables include:
Locate Report with best available leads, source notes, confidence indicators, and recommended next steps
Entity link research (registered agent/officer/DBA trail) where applicable
Public-record title/ownership research (as requested), limited to available records and identifiers provided by counsel
Pricing + estimates: Locate Services are quoted per subject/request based on scope, record availability, and turnaround. The quote covers the agreed scope, including up to 5 follow-up passes (additional lead pulls/angles based on non-service notes or new identifiers provided by counsel) within 60 days of the initial Locate Report. If scope expands (additional subjects, expanded title chain, multiple counties/states, etc.), we flag it and provide an updated estimate before proceeding.
